FAQs
We stand firmly behind every ride—offering a comprehensive warranty covering major components (motor, battery, controller, frame). Our team is just a call or message away. We’ll walk you through troubleshooting, feature usage, or any post-purchase support you need.
Every bike feels different depending on your height, riding style, and comfort preferences. A test ride lets you experience ride feel, handlebar position, seat height, suspension travel, and throttle response firsthand to ensure the best match for your needs.
Proper care makes all the difference. For a long-lasting and safe ride, we recommend:
- Keeping tyres inflated to the correct pressure
- Checking brake pads and disc alignment every few weeks
- Protecting battery contacts and charging in a dry, cool space
- Cleaning your bike regularly (avoid high-pressure water)—lubricate the chain occasionally
We’ll also provide a maintenance guide and be available to walk you through any issues.
We believe in customer happiness at every stage. From explaining torque settings and throttle modes to helping you fit your accessories—you’ll get clear, personalised advice from Jeremie or one of our team members.

- Regular maintenance is required.
- Avoiding misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, poor maintenance, water immersion, or use beyond design specifications.
If you follow our care guidance, we’ll stand behind your motor with confidence and support.
