Complementing our rigorous quality assurance, we offer a Nationwide Warranty on all our products, ensuring your ongoing satisfaction and encouraging positive recommendations and growing reputation.

For those who purchased their e-bike from one of our dealers, your first point of contact for warranty assistance should be with them, but if in doubt, reach out to us and we'll help you out!

To be eligible to make a warranty claim you must:

Be the Original Purchaser as listed on the Receipt
Lodge your Claim within the Valid Warranty Period from the Date of Receipt.


Warranty Period's

  • Motor, controllers, chargers, displays, handles: 1-year warranty.
  • Batteries: 1-year warranty (if capacity < 60%).
  • Welding and electroplated parts: 2 years and 6 months, respectively.
  • Painted parts: 3 months (pre-approval for significant issues).
  • Three shafts: 6 months.
  • Outer tires and inner tubes: 3 months for quality problems.
  • Lifetime warranty on product quality, charges for user-related issues.
  • Front and rear brakes, crank wheels, flywheels, saddles: 6 months.
  • Rims: 6 months.


What is covered

Manufacturers Faults, defects and/or Failure.
Original Purchasers of Product where a Receipt is Presentable.


What is NOT covered

Claims, Damage's or Failure due to:

  • Improper use (e.g., impact, collisions, or extreme activities)
  • Damage caused by water, natural disasters, fires, storms, or floods
  • Issues resulting from foreign objects or debris
  • Incorrect fitting, installation, or assembly
  • Damage during shipping or transportation (consider choosing shipping insurance at checkout)
  • Items that naturally wear over time (e.g., tires, tubes, bearings, brake pads, discs, perishable components, or fluids)
  • Neglecting regular maintenance
  • Any necessary packaging for securely returning items for repairs

Please be aware that if you need to return items for repairs, it's essential to securely pack them for shipping, and this responsibility falls on the purchaser to ensure the product's safe packaging during the return process. Please note that any damages that occur during shipping are not covered by Sun Chaser's warranty.


Void of Warranty Cover

The warranty provided does not cover changes, adjustments, or the installation of non-original equipment parts. Sun Chaser cannot be held responsible for issues arising from modifications, alterations, or the use of aftermarket replacements on critical components including but not limited to the battery, motor, controller, throttle, transmission system, suspension systems, braking systems, and other essential parts. Such actions will immediately nullify the product warranty.

It's crucial to note that these modifications or alterations may present significant safety hazards that could result in injuries or even fatal accidents.
