Shipping policy

The fees and method of transport and delivery of Ebikes is to be agreed with customer prior to finalising payment. 

Shipping usually takes 1 to 4 business days once payment has been received. A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase once your package leaves our warehouse. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive a shipping notification email within 5 business days. The expected delivery date will be available on the courier’s tracking page.
