Ebikes Locks
eBike locks and security
Make your eBike harder to steal
A good eBike lock is about deterrence, practicality and using it properly every time. No lock is theft-proof, but a strong folding lock, smart parking and correct locking technique can make your bike a much less attractive target.
Lock the frame
Run the lock through the main frame, not just the front wheel. Wheels are easier to remove than the bike itself.
Use a fixed object
Choose a solid bike rack or immovable post. Avoid loose rails, small signs and anything the lock can be lifted over.
Reduce opportunity
Park in visible, busy areas and keep stops short where possible. For longer stops, consider a second lock.

ETook 590L folding eBike lock
Compact high-security folding lock
Hardened steel links
The ETook 590L uses 5mm hardened-steel links with reinforced joints, giving practical cut and leverage resistance in a compact format.
Long enough to be useful
1100mm extended length
Enough reach to lock the frame to many common bike racks and fixed objects without carrying a bulky chain.
Easy to carry daily
Folds to 88mm x 193mm
The folding design keeps it compact, and the included bracket lets you mount it to a compatible bike frame.
Better than cable-only security
For everyday eBike parking
Cable locks are light, but they are usually easier to cut. A hardened folding lock is a stronger daily option for eBikes.
Good locking habits
Lock through the frame and rear triangle where possible
Keep the lock high enough that it cannot be smashed against the ground
Keep the lock tight so tools have less room to work
Remove or secure loose accessories
Do not leave the battery/display exposed if removable
Use two locks for longer stops or higher-risk areas
