The Alpha V2 is designed to comply with EPAC (Electrically Power-Assisted Cycle) standards, allowing legal use on public roads and shared paths across Australia and many other markets. Key points include:

Maximum continuous power output of 250W with pedal assist.
Speed assistance limited to 25 km/h on public roads and shared paths.
Throttle use is permitted on private property only and must be disabled on public roads.
Speed limiter can be removed for off-road use but must be reactivated for road use.
