Warranty & Compliance Information

24-Month Warranty: Covers the e-bike frame, seat post, saddle, forks, stem, handlebars, pedals, bottom brackets, rims, fenders, and kickstand.
12-Month Warranty: Applies to brakes, battery, lights, wheel hub, derailleur, shifter, throttle, controller, LCD display, and wiring harness.
6-Month Warranty: Covers e-bike accessories.

Sun Chaser Ebikes are sold in compliance with Queensland e-bike regulations. The maximum continuous power output is 250W with pedal assist, limited to 25km/h, as per state requirements.

For private property use only, the speed limiter can be removed. However, it must be re-engaged when riding in public areas.

Throttle use is permitted on private property only and must be disabled when riding in public spaces to comply with Queensland regulations.

Thanks Sun Chaser team! My Daughter is so happy with her first E-bike Alpha V2, Excellent integration of electronic components, this is great to reducing theft risk.
No issues with the Bike so far only fun, great quality, battery life is excellent.
The bike is a bit heavy but she loves everything about it!
