Choosing the right eBike part

Start with the part you are replacing, then check the bike model, voltage, plug type, wheel size, tyre size, brake caliper or mounting point. A small mismatch can stop a charger, battery, brake pad, throttle or wheel from fitting correctly.

How do I know which battery fits my eBike?

Match the bike model, voltage, battery shape, connector and mounting style. Ask us before ordering if your current battery looks different.

Are all eBike chargers the same?

No. Chargers need to match the battery voltage, connector type and output. Using the wrong charger can damage a battery or fail to charge it properly.

Which tyre or tube size do I need?

Check the marking on the tyre sidewall first, such as 20x4 or 26x4. Inner tubes also need the right size and valve style.

Can you check brake pad compatibility?

Yes. Send a photo of the old pad or caliper and we can help match the correct brake pad style where possible.
